Walk Package...

Our prices include one walk pack per party and one nights Bed & Breakfast accommodation, which can be taken before or after the day of the walk. Each walk comes with its own pack, so if you book two nights with two walks, you will receive two packs. Walk packs cannot be purchased without the accommodation.

The walk pack consists of everything you need to have an enjoyable and stress-free walking break. Each pack contains laminated, colour-coded A5 sheets in a water-proof document pouch:

A customised Ordnance Survey map (A4 & in its own water-proof pouch).

Detailed step-by-step route directions.

Background information on local places of interest encountered on the walks and recommended places to eat.

A glossary of abbreviations and how to use map references and scales.

Safety sheet of recommended equipment, Countryside Code and emergency details.

Information on your B&B and directions on how to find it.

Accommodation...

The right accommodation is so important for a good holiday. We only use carefully selected B&B establishments run by people who know and love the area. Each has its' own individual style and is of an excellent standard, offering a warm welcome and a hearty country breakfast. We offer classy rural retreats in a converted Essex barn or grand Tudor houses or a couple of carefully selected Inns. Just let us know your preference on the booking form and we'll try and meet your wishes.

B&B accommodation is bed and breakfast on a double or twin room basis. The information pack recommends places for lunch and evening meals. All are within easy reach of the B&Bs. Bathrooms are en-suite, unless notified otherwise. All accommodation is non-smoking. Some will accept well-behaved dogs, most will cater for special dietary needs. Please let us know your requirements when making a booking.

Prices...

At Blue Sky Walks, we like to keep things simple. We have a single price per person, regardless of the walk or the time of year. There are no hidden or extra charges.

The price for this season is £58 per person per day. This is based on two people sharing a room, on a bed & breakfast basis, with one walk pack per party. Additional nights without walk packs are at a reduced rate, please enquire. Some accommodation is available for singles and families, please enquire on the booking form.

Although our walks are refreshingly uncrowded, the best accommodation can get booked up during the peak season, especially at weekends. So to avoid disappointment, we advise that you make reservations as early as possible. Please fill out the reservation form below and then press the Send Form button. We accept payment by PayPal, personal cheques or BACS. Details on payments will be included in your reservation confirmation. Please allow 5 days for cheques to clear before we send out your walk pack.
